Amanda J. Gravley is Broker-in-Charge of Fisher Realty’s Sapphire/Lake Toxaway office, where she represents some of the finest homes and properties throughout Western North Carolina. An experienced and knowledgeable REALTOR®, Amanda is known for her market expertise, thoughtful guidance, and commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every client.
With deep roots in the Southeast and a background in real estate marketing and interior design, Amanda brings a unique perspective to the buying and selling process. Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, she attended Georgia Southern University and spent much of her adult life in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, where she built her career in real estate marketing before making Western North Carolina home.
Today, Amanda serves clients throughout the region, from Brevard, Pisgah Forest, and Hendersonville to Lake Toxaway, Sapphire, Cashiers, and Highlands. Her approach is simple: listen carefully, communicate consistently, and make the process as seamless and rewarding as possible. Whether helping a client find a mountain retreat, sell a cherished home, or navigate a significant real estate investment, Amanda brings personal attention, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine understanding of what makes Western North Carolina such a special place to call home.

Amanda loves calling Western North Carolina home and enjoys the beauty and character of the Brevard area with her husband and two children.
